From sorting donations to delivering gifts, every role helps bring joy and hope.
No matter whether your skills include ribbon-twirling, list-checking, or gift-wrapping wizardry, elves of all talents and ages help make the holidays brighter. We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds and experiences, including those who do not celebrate Christmas.
Inside Santa's Workshop
Bring your holiday spirit to Santa's Workshop any day from November 1st - December 24th, 9am-5pm
✨ Gift Wrangler (Donation Organization): If sorting and stacking makes your heart jolly, this job's for you! Tame the piles of donated toys and get them ready for magic. No sign-up required, drop in anytime.
✨ Wish List Shopper (Select Presents): Love a good treasure hunt? Stroll Santa’s shelves to find the just-right gifts for each child’s wish list. No sign-up required, drop in anytime.
✨ Master Wrapper (Wrap Presents): If tape, scissors, and ribbon curls are your superpowers, step right up! Wrap, label, and decorate gifts until they sparkle. No sign-up required, drop in anytime.
✨ Gift Gatherer (Prepare Presents): Like organizing for the big reveal? Group gifts by child or family, double-check the lists, and get them delivery-ready. No sign-up required, drop in anytime.
✨ Delivery Elf (Deliver Presents): Got holiday spirit to spare? Join a buddy and bring gifts to schools or families' homes. (At least two adults and one vehicle required for home visits; we will pair individuals if needed. Santa suits available, or BYO!) Follow us on social media and watch for the sign-up in mid-December.
✨ Fueling Fairy (Feed the Volunteers): Good with cookies or pizza delivery? Keep the crew fueled and festive with meals, snacks, or sweet treats. No sign-up necessary, simply drop-off goodies at the workshop anytime!
Beyond Santa's Workshop
✨ Magic Maker (Toy or Gift Card Donation): Sprinkle holiday cheer by donating a new toy or a gift card. Toys bring instant joy, and gift cards give teens the magic of choosing exactly what they need most. Drop off unwrapped gifts at a local donation drop-box or bring it straight to the Workshop.
✨ Wish Sponsor (Sponsor a Kid/Family): Adopt the wish list of one child or a whole family! Clubs, groups, or generous hearts can gather the gifts that make holiday dreams come true. Take me to the wish lists!
✨ Joy Driver (Host a Gift Drive): Perfect for kids, schools, churches, or parties! Lead your own gift drive and help rally others to spread awareness and collect goodies. Email us at SWC@SantasWithoutChimneys.org or message us on Facebook.
✨ Holiday Host (Host a Drop-box): Spread the cheer! Businesses and organizations can host a donation box. We'll provide the box (or tips to decorate your own).
